Service after the sale is terrible. Purchased a corolla with the 100k extended warranty and when brought in to service they want me to pay for a rental instead of giving a loaner vehicle. Hub City Ford will gladly keep my business!

GSM and 1 of the SMs are pretty clueless and unprofessional (temper and a bit confrontational). I recommend buying in Baton Rouge. Plus Hampton is from FL not LA, originally.

YALL HAVE THE WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT YALL DID WORK TO MY TRUCK AND LEFT PARTS OFF AND GOT HOME AND THE NEXT DAY HAD TO BRING MY TRUCK BACK FOR THE SAME REASON AND ASKED FOR YALL TO PUT THE PARTS BACK ON AND NEVER DID AND YALL had to order parts for my truck and when the parts came in and I brought it back for repair called said my truck was fixed and when I got 1 mile down the road noticed the part was still on my passenger seat and my truck stay there 1 month when your service guy said it was only gonna take 1 week
