Bought my first car with Chelsea Marini. She’s down to earth and even made me laugh during something that would usually make me pull my hair out. I believe the woman who helped me with financing was named Carly. She was very very thorough and I appreciated that. I tried pistachios and some other new healthy snack, for the first time from a drawer in her desk, as it was late and she was willing to share brain food with me. Service department is terrible. Had to wait an hour and half after my appointment time then the tech did not put my car back together properly and the service advisor was rude about it.
Would not recommend this place to anyone to buy a car from very rude staff that don’t know how to act with customers.
I recently purchased a 2020 Toyota Camry here and had a great experience with the sales reps Chance and Dallas. The finance and service department were also very welcoming and answered all of my questions. If you’re looking for a new vehicle, check out Hampton!
