I bought my first new car 2 weeks ago. The salesman Patrick D. was very nice and helped me understand the difference between the different models and body trims. Before I was ready to buy a car, Patrick went on vacation for a week and a half. He offered to have another salesman help close the deal, but I decided to wait until he came back. I got the car I wanted with a walk-out-the-door price $2,000 less than my budget. Couldn't have asked for a better first time experience.
Bought a 2015 nissan altima from russell zay last weekend, and I have to say this was the most painless auto purchase experience I've ever had. Russell had an honest quality him and didn't try to push me into a vehicle that I didn't want or one that I couldn't afford.

Worst car service EVER!!!! I brought it there for oil change, when done I asked if everything was ok & was told yes.....a few weeks later I needed 4 brand new tires & on a separate occasion battery was leaking extremely bad!! How do you miss that or not tell the customer! I will NOT return or purchase another car from them.

The staff at Hampton was incredible. My personal salesman Jon Haynes is the man! He was not at all pushy, he acted as if he had all the time in the world to meet my needs and to accommodate everything I wanted in my new Toyota Camry! He's definitely a big reason why one day I'll be a returning customer, and I reccomend Hampton to everyone that I know!
