Excellent customer service in sales and service departments. I purchased two vehicles with Michelen Segura. My first was a 2009 Camry and my most recent was a 2015 Avalon. She is a very efficient salesperson. I told her exactly what I wanted and she wasted no time getting me the perfect car to meet my specifications.
Drove 700+ miles to purchase a car for my mother. Our salesman, Prince Henry, was an absolutely charming and caring gentleman. Extremely flexible throughout the entire transaction and left a warm feeling with us before, during, and after the sale. I've purchased cars all around the US and recommend Prince Henry! Save your time and money and triage yourself to the best salesman there, Prince Henry!! My mother loves her CPO 2013 Toyota Corolla!!!
One of the best experiences I've had at a car dealership yet! Clem and Jami provided EXCELLENT customer service and even stayed late to help me finish the paperwork and get me home in my new vehicle. This was greatly appreciated and I can't thank them enough! Not once did I feel uncomfortable throughout the transaction. Everything was done politely, cordially, and smoothly. WORST SERVICE EVER! Brought my car in for the check engine light did $1,103.79 worth of work ($716.80 in labor charges for 2 1/2 hrs worth of work) that did not need to be done because I NEED A NEW TRANSMISSION! I have never felt more taken advantage of AND WILL NEVER DO Business with Hampton again! I will also discourage anyone I know from using them! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!
