RUDE service. I'm never one to write poor reviews or even really complain about much. However, I called Hampton Toyota's service department today to ask a simple couple of questions, the first one was answered in a rude tone and when I began to ask the second one, which began with "would you mind helping me...." the girl who answered my phone call (I believe her name was Jade) cut me off with a "no" and HUNG UP ON ME.
