Worst service ever. First oil change and tire rotation - 2 hours. Second one - 3 hours. Today - I'm about to get to 4 and 1/2 hours. Mind you, my appt was at 10:00. I brought it at 9:15 am. It is now 1:33.
I LOVE my new car and had the best experience at Hampton. I was pleasantly surprised. A special thanks, for all the hard work to Chai. He really did an extraordinary job !!!
