I was shopping for a new truck after my Colorado that I had also bought from Hall was totaled. I was calling and working with multiple dealerships but with no success. I was on the phone with Rick Hendrick when Danny called. I put Rick Hendrick on hold to take his call and he assured me that I would not have the “Rick Hendrick Experience” if I came back to Hall. I can truly say that they will call you every step of the away and make sure you’re comfortable with everything they’re doing to your vehicle it might take a little bit longer than expected but when you get your vehicle back it looks a whole lot better than when you took it in😃 Chevrolet Service is excellent
I hate to leave negative reviews, but dealing with this service center over the past month has been a complete mess. Someone backed into my car, and I brought it to the dealership to fix. It took them a month to replace a bumper and a headlight. They did not communicate with us at all. We had to leave countless voicemails just to get an update.
