I have had the WORST experiences with this dealership and service center. It's like as soon as you buy the car and drive off the lot you don't matter anymore. Absolutely abhorrent service and nasty attitudes from "customer service."

Be upfront. If you're not accepting credit cards, you should tell people before performing the service. Suggesting one can walk next door to use WaWa ATM was really an insult when you dont have an ATM card or use credit cards cash advance. My $115 oil change and tire rotation has now cost me about $300 when you add up the leave from work. This is unsat. When it rains it pours. I can't even use Uber, because I left me charger in my truck and smart phone has died.
I'm getting bad service here!! How do you fix my car, I pay for it..hear something wrong with it..take it back, and find out I need $200+ more work to my car? You didn't see that when it was apart? People are off so when there off work you get no update on your vehical? I don't understand how this department operates...really bad service!!!
I had a week to find a vechile due to me PSCing from overseas and I found the car I needed at Hall Chevy. It was wonderful working with a prior military member because I didn’t feel like I was getting screwed over. The loan people also gave me a lower rate than Navy federal, I am very happy with my purchase!
