We bought a Chevrolet Equinox today. It was truly the best car buying experience we have ever had in all our years of buying cars. Steve Harding was our salesman and was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about the car and was so thorough in showing us everything we needed to know about the car. He made buying a car enjoyable! Worst experience ever, my parents went there at 10am to buy a Chevy Equinox and didn't get their keys and suv until 5pm and that was only after my dad caught a attitude and told them bring me my vehicle or we can cancel the deal. They had been told the bank approved them and the car was getting detailed at noon and continued being told that over and over and then their sales man disappeared and no one could find him and he would not answer his cell or the pages over the intercom. Brought my Tahoe in for some service. Excellent staff very friendly. Spoke with Kevin Cook he is very knowledgeable. Just moved here from the North I am so glad I found a great service center and may be looking to upgrade to a newer model soon and I know where I will be going
