Me and my wife stopped at Hall Chevrolet last week the first thing they did was to get a credit report on me and my wife which was very unsatisfactory to start off on a sale of a car two they showed us a Carfax on a vehicle that we looked at a SUV and the color was burgundy the Carfax said the car was white they had no excuse for this I even said let's look at the VIN number to see what color the car was they did not do that my wife was Trading a car in and they offered her a very very low amount for her vehicle the last tim... read more

I bought a Chevy Silverado, my 4th vehicle purchased from this dealership over the years. STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY. My experience was horrible. The salesman could not be trusted, the floor mats that were supposed to come with the truck could not be found. The ones ordered for me may have fit a VW Beatle.After several calls and email request for the correct mats, complete silence from the dealership.
