Gave me the most for my trade in!
I regret my experience with this dealership. The staff were polite and the car-buying process, while drawn out, was decent at first. The real issue began with a warranty I purchased through them. Within 30 days, I attempted to cancel it, but the manager, Jose Avila, told me I couldn’t. Fast forward seven months—I filed a claim only to discover the warranty company (Dealer Loyalty Protection) is essentially a scam, has an F rating with the BBB, and is not accredited. I normally leave this whole process up to my husband because I do not have the patience for all the paperwork, ect. I actually stuck through it this time. Was not awful. Ty to all of you.
