purchased a car from there brand new. In the first month the check engine light came on and they replaced the power supply. Car still has issues with changing gears hard and act like it's going to turn off. Does not do it all the time, the service dept. says they cannot duplicate it. The managers from sales won't call me back. I feel like I'm stuck with a defective car. They won't switch it out and I am currently trying to get out o# the loan and just give it back. No one from the dealership cares.
Awesome experience with DeAndre Harris! I love my new SUV! He was very professional. He has great knowledge of the vehicle and technology! He has called us multiple times after to assist with help or if any questions! Must I say we had great conversations due to his outgoing personality! He deserves a raise and maid! We could not have had a better experience!
