My experience with Hall Chevrolet was horrible. I had an appointment for 10:30 and was supposed to get my car back the same evening, come to find out that they did not even work on my car. They confused my SUV with someone else SUV, when I called at 2:30 to find the status of my vehicle they realized that they mistaken my car. However I got 3 different versions of what was wrong why my car was not worked.
The entire team at Hall Chevrolet in Chesapeake went above and beyond to put my car deal together and make the experience an easy breeze! Not to mention the Western Branch location is just minutes from the heart of Ghent, Norfolk.. Thank you Landyn & team for an above & beyond car purchase experience at Hall Chevy!
