Excellent customer service.
Never take your car here or to any other new car dealer service. They are only about charging excessive amounts of money for unneeded repairs. They charged me 143$ and put on the ticket basically we did nothing to your vehicle. They only wanted to quote me 1,600$ estimate for a set of tires and two of mine were brand new. This practice is common with all new car dealer service. Beware.

The service was excellent and the customer service was professional and courteous.
Appt made and kept on time. DeeDee Rosalinda is a pure joy to work with, answered all my questions and got everything done [oil change] tire questions, checked all fluids. One concern is my tires keep losing air, notified by OnStar end of every month of this, but no one can find a cause. I do want this concern taken seriously before my warranty runs out.
Great service and sales employees. I have always came here for both and never have I been disappointed nor upset with Chevy Hall.
The service department is absolutely amazing! DeeDee and Stephen gave me the total VIP treatment today which I can't thank them enough for. After only 5 mins there I was chauffeured home and then right after my car was finished I was picked back up at my house by them. My car was serviced quickly and perfectly. Hands down a 10 plus rating for everything!
Was in and out in no time!! I drive 20 miles just to bring my truck here!
