RecommendedDee Dee in the service department bent over backwards to make sure I was taken care of both with the service to my vehicle but also to make sure transportation to pickup my vehicle went off without a hitch. There no problems!

I recently went to have some routine services performed on my vehicle and the staff were very accommodating even during this time we are currently experiencing. I would highly recommend Hall Chevrolet Chesapeake for all of your vehicle services.
I was greeted by Ray and he was outstanding. He addressed all of my concerns and kept me up to date with my car. My car was in and out within a couple of hours. My car was well taken care of and everything was thoroughly checked. I was very impressed and will definitely be going back.
I hate writing a negative review about a company. But the service department has definitely changed for the worse. Have been dealing with this dealership for over 10 years. When I started the people there made you feel like family and you felt complete honesty in what was presented to you. $500 for a single axle brake job? Seriously? $600 for spark plugs on a 2010 Silverado? Seriously? I don’t know what’s going on but they will loose customers at this rate.
