The service team here is extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. I strongly do not recommend buying from southern because their service department will look for ways to charge you unnecessarily, avoid doing real work, and treat customers with laziness and disrespect. I will be reporting them to DMV and Corporate I have proof of this laziness. How is it the customer’s fault when a gasket is missing

Mr. Zach Byrd, Jose Avila, and Mr. Ocie Smith was very professional in finding the exact vehicle and at the rate I wanted it. They both performed searches and found a vehicle and finance company that could fit my budget.
I went to this establishment, august 15 to get a diagnostic on my 2018 Cadillac Escalade cue system information center. I paid them their asking price which was around $160. I then promptly asked them for the diagnostic paperwork. The service guy who I dealt with?Alex gave me some story about the guy who did the diagnostic wasn't in the back anymore.And that they would email it to me. To this day that has not happened.
