This is certainly not the 1st nor 2nd time I've been disappointed bringing my Super Sport here. I was quoted nearly $400 to change a headlamp bulb... Unbelievable!!! I denied the service, went to Auto Zone and purchased the bulb for $149 and installed it myself within 6 minutes!!! This location is 4 minutes from my house. In the future, I'll be driving my car for maintenance and repair back to Williamsburg (45 min drive) where I'm appreciated!!!

THEY STOLE MY PARTS TO GIVE TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER!!!! I paid for Side Steps and FOG lights to install on my truck. My wife became extremely ill and DIED at home with me by her side. I got a call HALL Chevrolet telling me my parts were in two weeks after I picked up my TRUCK, sometime in NOVEMBER. I told them my wife was extremely ill and PLEASE hold them until I could get there to have them install. My wife died 12JAN2020. service price is double what other GM dealership charges also I had service there were they changed out my transmission coolant lines to the radiator from the transmission did not top off the transmission fluid.
