today I went to Hall dealer in Chesapeake, it is Mike gave me service again. he is always good, excellent! And overall, Hall in Chesapeake is an excellent place, everyone who work here are wonderful.
Hall Chevrolet is a nice place to take your car if you want quality work. The service department is friendly. But I think they are over priced.

Bought a used Chevy Silverado about a month and a half ago noticed a defect in all 4 rims coating coming off within 30 days of purchase. I've left messages to the salesman and sent pictures of the defect with no return call or reply? What happened to the customer comes first? I'm very disappointed in getting no response back. This truck has low miles and wasn't cheap. I won't be recommending Hall Chevrolet.
