Well I felt like I got a good deal the price was straight forward except, I said a full tank they only put a half a tank in used cars after they said yeah of course we will fill it up! WRONG ! Until I went out to look at car....we paid cash..as in $15,000 cash hundreds dollar bills and they still charged a $650 doc fee...why ? Who knows I didn't finance it ...why not give me the title and let me register it in NC that's where I'm from... the sales tax was VA not NC and that 3% here is like 4.75 or something their. Bill Smith did a great job taking care of warranty service on my 2016 Sonic while I waited. Provided personal attention and the right level of interaction. Recommend folks ask for him.

I won't be coming back for any work to be done by the service department. Simply requested a genuine GM Accessory be installed, however because it wasn't purchased from that specific dealership they gouged me on the installation, mind you AFTER the work had been done did they come out and showed me how much it was going to be all after waiting 3 1/2 hours. No Updates, No communication. There is other dealerships in the area, avoid this one.

I pulled into Hall Chevrolet because of a tire issue. It was close to closing time but Bill Smith knew it was not safe to ride the way it was so he arranged for my spare to be put on and ordered me a new tire. Bill called me and asked for me to come in at 8am the next morning to have my new tire put on. I don't think I have EVER been in and out of a dealership that fast.. he made sure he called someone and had it put on right away. I would have to say buying a brand new or used car from Hall Chevy in Chesapeake is the exact place to be! I can say the staff were all welcoming and highly knowledgeable about the ins and outs of any vehicle on the lot. I was able to work with Adam who by far created any awesome, no pressure atmosphere, along with amazing hospitality. I highly recommend going to Adam Montgomery and Hall Chevrolet for all your car buying experiences. Once again, ask for Adam and I bet you will not be disappointed!

My experience at Hall was fast, fun, and a great deal at the end. I had a little hurtle but Ed the GM at Chevy, made two calls and got me done. Kevin Thompson was my sales person although he was at another dealership in the same parking lot. He took it person like family and took time to make my deal a priority. My name is on the board and I drove away in my brand new 2016 Malibu. Thank you Chevy for caring. #getherdone.
