Just had our car serviced. The appt was immediately posted to our e-mail. Bill Smith was ready when we got there and everything was right on time and on schedule. All our experience at Hall has been A-one
I had an AMAZING experience! James, Rick, Danny and Eddie took great care of me. The whole team is friendly and works with one another to make sure everyone who walks through the door is taken care of. They go above and beyond to work the deals and I would recommend this team to anyone in need of a vehicle!!! I will definitely be back when it's time to upgrade!!
My husband scheduled maintenance for our car yesterday (6/23) for today at 4:45pm (had email to verify). Upon arriving, the system had kicked us off the schedule and I was about to be rescheduled but Bill Smith stepped in and took care of me! My car was done in about 30 minutes as well. Unbeknownst to him, I am a nursing mother and was anxiously ready to get home to my little ones. Bill Smith in service was awesome. He was very attentive and understood my concerns and needs. Overtime I am in for service I can't as for a more professional and straight forward individual. My other experience have made me uneasy how Bill knows how to treat the customer.

Every time I call to make an appointment he always ensures my car receives the best possible service, then before I leave he always explains all the maintenance to ensure I understand what was done to my car, and if there is any additional requirements.
