Typical sleazy used car salesmen. Make sure you don’t do business with this dealership!!!! Especially one of the managers Mike Easel. Went last week and got a written offer to sell my Jeep. Told them I would be back on the 29th to do the actual transaction, got the written offer and handshake for the deal. Went back today (4 days earlier) to do it and they dropped the offer by $400. RecommendedMy wife and I recently purchased two vehicles at Haley Toyota and it was a wonderful experience. Shannon Roberson took great care of us. He was patient with the two test drives, he went through all the options and specs thoroughly. We ended up not being completed until almost 2 hours past closing time. The customer service has been top notch with follow up texts and ensuring we the customers are happy. I would recommend Haley, as well as any Toyota vehicles to anyone.

Insulted me by changing the phone number to my boyfriend's phone when he dropped it off once for me. they called him to try and upsell services. Small potatoes yes, but tells me they don't see me as their customer. Constantly trying to upsell you on service. I went in for a recall repair and they certainly out with a huge list of costly, nice to have maintenance items that I can do half of them myself. Had an 8:30 AM appointment and not getting my car back until after 4 PM what is wrong with these people?!
Brian and Mike made my experience more than positive! I've never walked into a car dealership and felt like a personal priority before coming to them. I HATE car shopping because it's clear that me, my needs, my financial status, and well being aren't being considered. The only consideration is to get me into a car, no matter the terms or conditions, as long as they make that sale. NOT ONCE IN THIS DEALERSHIP WAS I MADE TO FEEL THAT WAY.
