I would not recommend this company sadly.... I feel they do not do a complete job as to what they tell you they will do! The detail work is has NO detail! The car we purchase was put thru detail twice and a still was not satisfactory. We had a I owe form , that we could not get out hands on after we signed papers, And when asked for a copy was told they did not have a copy in their building it had left the building! Would not use their service center ever again. Yes, they fixed the internal damage they caused to my perfectly running vehicle; however, it was a bad two-week experience. I also had to request something in writing guaranteeing their work after I was told is was a written policy (which he couldn’t provide or show me). Thus, I won’t be purchasing a vehicle from them because of it.
RecommendedAwesome, no pressure, easy experience. We got just what we needed and some! Everyone on the team is fantastic!
I have bought 3 cars from them
Truck has been there almost 3 weeks in total in and out and now after picking it up 20min ago I’m stranded and it does not want to start. Would never recommend anyone to go there or to buy from them
I am absolutely pleased with the service from the guys here. Especially Lamont! He worked so hard to make sure I had everything I needed in a vehicle!! Lamont as well as other guys from the dealership stayed late and made sure I had the best deals for me and what would work best for me. I just bought a 2018 Rav4 xle and I love it! Thank you so much for all of yalls excellent service!
