These guys do an amazing job of taking care of my truck every time I bring it to them. They even washed the horrible Virginia pollen off my Tundra during my latest service!!

They are usually very nice but on this occasion I had a bit of a problem as I was pulling my car up so I would not be blocked and the lady that was helping me assumed I was leaving without paying! Also after having it in shop my speedometer is not working and I paid sixty dollars for a wax and clean and the inside was not touched!

I bought a 2010 GMC Terrain last June (2020) for 7k cask. They assured me the car was in good condition and maintenance was up to date on the vehicle. I barely drove the car because of the Pandemic and I was working from home. 8 months later the car wouldn't start. Got the car towed back to Haley for service. They tell me I needed a new engine and wanted to charge me 8k to replace it.. Mind you, I only had the car 8 months with less that 3k miles put on it. I bought my 2016 RAV4 Hybrid at Haley... and I never left. There’s a sense of security in knowing I can always bring my vehicle in for service and not be overcharged. I also appreciate the separate area where I can plug into their WiFi and continue working.

He wasn’t pushy, he answered all my questions and called me the next day to check on me and my new Tundra. Dave provided top notch service, I am very impressed. I purchased my wife a new corrolla from here. I can say it's been a great experience. The sales man Bobby Smith was awsome. There was no pressure and we got alot of extras with the purchase. We just got the car detailed with the paint protection that came with the purchase and the service techs were extremely nice and very quick. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends. I am now a Toyota guy. This was my first Toyota but with this experience my next vehicle will be Toyota. Thanks guys
