RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! Called service ahead of time and they tell me to come on in and there would be a small wait for a basic oil change since they don’t have any appointments. Drive all the way here from Stony Point and the guy at the counter tells me it’s going to be several hours wait to get a basic oil change with an apathetic tone. Talking down to me like I was stupid for coming in when the lady on the phone clearly said it wouldn’t be an issue. Absolutely awful customer service.

Salesperson wasn’t knowledgeable about the vehicle..Manager was extremely rude...Had to come back to resign papers because they put the wrong info.
bought a brand new tundra and had an issue the next day. They did not help me and basically told me I was stuck with it
I bought my 2018 Volkswagen Jetta from Haley Toyota of Richmond and what a wonderful, genuine, helpful group of people! Nick Gallardo was my salesman, who, went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. I'd also like to mention that all 3 of the managers (Chad, Patrick & Devin) were all such a pleasure to speak to and deal with. They are all fantastic!! Also, thanks Daniel & Carmine, my finance guys who got me financing at the best rate possible! Thanks to everyone at Haley for everything!!!!

I brought my car in for a routine oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. I normally go to Mechanicsville Toyota but they didn’t have any available appointments so I went to Haley. I sat waiting for my car for over two hours. When my car was finally done I began to drive home. About 30 minutes from my house, two hours after I left the service center, my car behind making a horrific noise. It almost sounded like a lawn mower. As we all know, buying a new vehicle is very stressful! All the research that I put into this effort was extensive to say the least.
