I have had good service with haley for the time I have had my 2015 Tundra. Until this week when I tried to have repairs done that are covered by the extended warranty according to Haley. The problem comes from the extended warranty that was sold to me. The service department at Haley went above and beyond to get my truck repaired when the extended warranty company was trying to sit on the claim. The truck was repaired but I ended up upgrading to a new Tundra. I would recommend buying or using Haley to handle your Toyota.
Shana in the service department is awesome. She knew even though I was polite that when haley dodge had my durango for two weeks she stepped up to get the ball rolling to get it fixed and back to me. Also to the service manager who fixed my light bar after dodge returned it back to haley toyota. As my durango pulled into the service bay I noticed the light bar was hanging on by one bracket. Shane Callender and Roy Rivera took great care of us during the trade in and new truck purchase. They went the extra mile to make sure that we were completely satisfied with the overall integrity of the truck. They put the truck up on a lift so that we could properly inspect the undercarriage and utilized every resource to answer other questions we had. BJ Brooks in the business office was very thorough with the explanations of the extended warranties they offered. Very satisfied with the truck and service we experienced.
I can't say enough great things about Haley Toyota! I have taken my car there for service several times and never felt taken advantage of. They have their customers best interest at heart! There are NEVER any hidden costs & they take the time to talk to you and answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend Haley Toyota of Richmond.
I give Shane Callender five stars! In addition to being knowledgeable, he focuses on customer satisfaction. Shane is the best floor manager at Haley Toyota! We love that he doesn't engage in high pressure sales tactics like others in the industry. Therefore, we highly recommend Shane.
