Horrible experience in sales department today. Went to inquire on an estimate on how much my car would trade in for. Salesman kept pushing me to find a car I was interested in via a website. Found a car I was somewhat interested in and was told car was not on lot however still kept wanting me to negotiate on it. Very unreasonable! Low balled me on my trade value as well. So I just left. Justin was an really exceptional sales associate. His communication style was appreciated (not aggressive), and his willingness to find exactly what we were looking for was appreciated. Would highly recommend Justin for your next Toyota purchase.
After 10 years of loyalty to this dealership I will NEVER purchase here again. The sales manager flat out lies and uses his physical size to intimidate. When i caught him in his lie, he said I was "lucky he was honoring the internet price" on their own website and he would "give me $100 if I found a better deal." Condescending and rude are an understatement. It's sad this dealership used to be great and treat customers with respect to earn their business and now it feels like a dirty car sales location. Traded two cars for a new Camry after 3wks neither had been paid off. The first one dinged my credit, did not know the other had not been paid off either until the finance company contacted me to tell me I was 25 days late. Called Haley again & was told by the finance manager it usually took 15-20 days to pay off a car & now it has been 5wks for the second one...guess what? Credit dinged again. We stopped by the dealership on a Saturday afternoon to look at a RAV4. Thankfully, we met Kimberly HeerBrandt. She was wonderful to work with and very responsive. After working with her for nearly 5 days, our family ended up buying TWO 2015 Toyotas---a RAV4 Limited and a Corolla S Premium. We couldn't have asked for a nicer and professional salesperson. After the terrible experience I had on Wednesday I received a call from the general manager. George and Darrell made good on my purchase. I received a good deal and stayed a customer of Haley. They assured me the bad egg I had to deal with would be dealt with. So not everyone is bad there. I give extreme high regards to the salesman I had, Nicholas, he was awesome.
Salesman was barely competent in math and closer was professional enough to curse every other word. Hope the place burns down.
