courteous and timely service
Great experience! Was greeted and helped out as soon as I walked in. Got the parts I needed and the gentleman installed them right away, free of charge. Spoke to the manager Doug about my bad experience at another Toyota dealership and he took good care of me. Definitely bringing my car back in the future.
Great service at a reasonable price
Service department lies about maintenance needs, and wants to charge up front items covered under warranty. Ended up going to another dealership for warranty work and only had to pay the deductible. Previously, they lied about my brake pads saying they were at 3mm. They wanted 450 dollars for 40 dollars worth of parts and 30 mins (or less) worth of work! The staff was really welcoming and not overbearing like a lot of dealerships. They found me what I wanted in under an hour and even stayed late to get all the paperwork done. 5 star service for sure
