I wish there were negative stars. This company is awful and they will do anything they can to steal your money. I've been trying to cancel for over a month and they still will not cancel it, even though THE OWNER OF THE GYM CALLED THEM AND TOLD THEM TO PUSH THE CANCELATION THROUGH. This company is ridiculous and will make it the biggest pain possible to cancel your gym membership. I will NEVER sign another contract if I see ABC on it. Totally disgusted with the way I was treated by ABC Financial. There should be a negative star ranking available for them. I went to a local gym in Warwick, RI called ******* *******. My contract was up beginning of the month. I turned in my Key FOB on the date the contract ended and told the Gym I was moving within the next few months. They said I can't cancel my billing there (only sign up ironically) I had to deal with ABC direct. I would give ABC Financial Services a zero if it was possible. Never go to a gym that has this company doing there accounting. I have over and over provided documentation that i am moving and want to cancel my membership. They are slow at getting back to you and will not cancel your membership. This company is an absolute scam, its no wonder they have 1 star and are not an accredited business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I would give zero stars if I could. I have never, EVER come across a more anti-customer company than ABC Financial Services, Inc. For a little background: I signed a 2 year contract with the Anytime Fitness in Marquette, MI in 2017. After a few months, I was no longer making the same income that I originally had been and could no longer afford my monthly payments. I renewed my contract at my fitness location whom had been purchased by a new owner. I signed my new contract for myself only. October 1st I am charged $49.99 and October 5th $76.11 and $29.53. The 76$ was my yearly maintenance fee and 29$ my monthly charge. But the 50$ was for my "second membership". My "second member" was my former name prior to becoming married 2 years earlier. signed up for a 1 year gym membership at 19.99/month with a 1 time charge of 40$ in 3rd month. its now been 14 months later, ive been charged over 500$ and now 2 months after my membership ended they are still charging me and refuse to refund my overcharge. i contacted them and got a reply that i signed up for a year and that extra charge. not addressing my actual complaint. i have asked for a refund and been refused, now i have to change all my banking information and probably take a hit to my credit score.

I had a membership with planet fitness before i moved back home where there is not a gym within 15 miles of my home. The gym cancelled my membership and i joined another gym that also used abc scam artist. They are still taking money from my account even though the new gym is on a different credit card Without my consent so basically I'm paying dual memberships. Even though I've not used tge original gym in over 6 months. Maybe i need to pursue legal actions

ABC Financial Services claimed my account didn't have the funds and charged my card an additional $23.50 late fee for $19.99 membership. After reviewing my bank account we found no attempts from ABC Financial Services was made to collect the membership fee of $19.99 on its due date and the account had sufficient funds to cover this draft. To make this worst I was not informed about the added charges until I called ABC Financial Services after noticing the $43.49 charge on bank statement. So this week I get a phone call from a collection agency saying I owe over 100 some dollars from golds gym which there billing goes through ABC FINANCIAL SERVICES I told them I took care of whatever mess I had to do to cancel my membership and pay what ever else that needed to be paid which going through ABC is a mess when other gyms dont go through that way you cancel right on the spot with no hidden charges but with ABC they like to have a hidden charge and screw you with there collection agency years afterwards which made... read more
