I am having same issues as everyone else dealing with this joke of a company. 1000 hoops to jump through to try and cancel, no refunds offered and they're blaming the anytime fitness club for saying no when I am speaking/texting with the owner directly to get it refunded. Stay away from this company, 30 days notice to hit a stop button? I can log onto amazon and countless other companies and start/stop memberships at will.

Had to got through SEVEN email exchanges with ABC Financal requesting to cancel my gym membership since COVID made me have to relocate out of state. Received a confirmation email 3/25/20 that my membership & personal training was cancelled. Gym has reopened and on 6/25/20 I was charged $145 personal training fee. Called ABC to get a refund, was placed on hold and transferred all around, finally to the recurring accounts department. This whole company is a scam and should be investigated. They are trying to make me pay for my last month when I've already paid for my last month up front. They are going against the contract I signed.

ABC stole $433.53 out of my account for the month of June. ABC charged my card without my authorization. This "company" is absolute trash. I was a member at Extreme Studio Performance and the owner stated that he had done all the accounting right on his end "but ABC screwed everyone's account up."

NEGATIVE Stars are not an option they should be. I have been trying to cancel my account since January of this year, I was battling stage 4 cancer last year when I tried to cancel my membership last year over the phone I was told I would have to come into the gym they did not handle this over the phone no matter the circumstances ( negative customer service to Fitness 19 as well) I was in no physical shape to go to the gym and handle so I put this aside as it was not a priority. I have called and acquired quit my membership of ******* fitness 3 month ago. They said sure, send an email then we're done. I did it. But they still charging me. Totally fraud company. Don't join ******* fitness and any company using ABC Financial.

I had to write a second letter requesting the cancellation of my ******* account. The first letter was sent on March 30 and the response was they needed a second letter because of how I worded the letter. My local ******* closed however you they showed my primary center as Mundelein despite my using Crystal Lake more and Crystal Lake issuing my ID card. Due to the Pandemic, my Gym promised that ABC Financial would have everyone's accounts frozen and refunded within 10-14 business days. It has been over 20 business days and I have yet to see a cent and fully expect that ABC will still charge me this month. The gym won't help me and has made it my responsibility to call this crook company. NEVER JOIN ANY BUSINESS THAT USES ABC FINANCIAL TO HANDLE THEIR PAYMENTS.

ABC Financial Services just stole my money, I have membership at the Retro fitness but my agreement with then is expired few years ago. I am now without a contract and paying month to month. Due to the Corona Virus they sent me a notice that they are going to freeze my membership and would not charge me. A few days, they charge me.
