Cancellation process is highly bad, worst membership ever, I will never join through your service ever again and I'll 100% tell all my social media platforms about this unprofessional cancellation process. I am a huge influence in the gym media, trying many memberships. Your membership is the worst.

I would not do business with this company. If you move and need to cancel your gym membership, they make you "prove" that you have moved by means of new home ownership, lease agreement, or utility bill. If you don't have those items, you have to have proof by 2 other means: letter from current employer on company letterhead, credit card statement, PO change of address, and/or bank statement. Obvious scumbag organization. Their voice options don't work when calling about over charges. I had to push buttons that weren't an option to trick my way through. no other options given besides say you answer. You can use buttons 1 and 2 for yes and no. But they don't offer that information. They use Ach to force fees and charges on you rather than debit. To those who don't know that will count as a bounced check and canned rerun at by them even though it's through your debit card. You have no consideration for customers who were jobless and have concern for their health during COVID. You have already charged me twice when I was told my membership would be put on hold. Denied my doctor's note even though it is protected under ADA. Why are you emailing me when I spoke to an agent and they told me I had more time to go to the doctor's to get a note. I have a gym membership and i updated my card on file. They charge me for May correct and then in June they charge me a 20.00 fee saying my card was decline and they somehow use the old card on file then use the new card. I have tried to contact them on the matter and they tell me to call the gym as it's their fee and then the gym said they didn't charge a fee and it was the billing service. I had to cancel the card connected to my account due to it being stolen, and it took me over an hour to update my payment method in their system due to emails not being sent, captcha freezing multiple times, my agreement number not being accepted the first few times, and all together the UI not being the best. Was a very frustrating and drawn out process just trying to give then the money I owed.

I signed up for a one year membership in June 2019. I used the gym maybe a dozen times, but the atmosphere, extra costs, and timing just didn't fit my schedule, so I attempted to end my membership. I understood when they pointed out that I had a full year membership and I paid in advance for 10 months of membership I wasn't going to use. Simply terrible. My gym opened up in November and right away I was charged my monthly membership $10.99. since I did not feel comfortable coming back yet. I did not dispute my charge but did contact them and requested to put my account on hold. They advised that I would not be charged neither monthly fee or the extra fee to put my account on hold (freeze). That was in december. In April they charged me a yearly "maintenance" fee of $53.30. I was forced to move after joining one of their gyms due to coronavirus. I used the gym a grand total of 5 times, when I went into to explain my reason/need to cancel they told me I had to call an 800 number. When I called the support team gave me nothing but grief, they requested more formalities than filling taxes with the I.R.S. I don't have time to jump thru their hoops, I ended up paying 6 months of membership before I cancelled my bank card. I payed 6 months for 5 visits, after moving over 100 miles away.
