Just like the other reviews state, IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL MEMBERSHIP! These people will take your calls, pretend like they are willing to resolve the issue, then they keep taking money out of your account INDEFINITELY. Virtually impossible to cancel. On May 21, 2021 (after my initial 18 month membership was complete) I contacted my gym via text that I needed to cancel my membership. I texted them as that is the only way they ever communicated with me with the exception of an email with the contract in it when first signing up. Still haven't cancelled my wife's membership, they have a dated letter of cancellation, a personal visit to the club, and several phone calls. She is literally looking at the cancellation letter on her screen and wants me to resend it to her, which I did months ago. They run you in circles and keep taking your money, total scam. Someone needs to do an I-News team investigation on these people, do a simple Google search on them.
I've been trying to cancel my membership with the gym since the first of December. COULD NOT get a hold of customer service so I finally decided to send an email about cancelling my membership. The company went on to tell me that they will charge me again on the scheduled date AFTER I put in my cancellation. Also, I do not remember my contract's monthly fee doubling? Terrible customer service and STRONGLY BEWARE of this company.
They stole my money. And wouldn't cancel my membership. Agreement was once a month pulled randomly up to 3 times a month and overdrew me! Never dealing with these guys again!
They are not cancelling my membership without me buying out what services left that I did not participate in, $150.00 for membership and $1040.00 for training sessions. Is this legit? Can they do this?

Terrible company engaging in BAIT & SWITCH techniques, stealing money from poor people after hunting them down at numerous different places and roping them in with their bs "90 day no comittment" Bait and an ugly T-shirt. BE WARE OF THIS SCAM DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING THAT YOU HAVENT READ and know your rights!!!!
Complete lack of tact and consideration for anything or anyone. All they care for is $$$. One of the worst experiences I've ever had in customer service. Would give them zero stars if I could.
This business is completely unethical and should face legal repercussions for their practices
