I signed my membership up with gold's gym and abc was the third party collecting fees. These guys have a real racket going, trying to quit the gym and have them stop taking my money was a PAIN. Luckily my credit card disputed all the charges and I got my cash back. Stay away from these con artists.
ABC financial has been avoiding my cancellation requests since September 2020. It is now November 2020 and they are still yet to resolve my cancellation request. Instead! They decided to charge me $1000 and still avoid me. Since I have all the calls with them recorded, I am having to go the legal route for a lawsuit just to get all of this resolved. Highly recommend avoiding ABC Financial!
I already cancelled my gym membership because the gym is closed permanently. There is no gym. There is a big lock. So I cancelled it. I am still being charged.

Terrible. Little to no help in trying to get information about my account. Don't use a gym where ABC financial is involved.

We've been trying to cancel a gym membership since Feb and the issues still hasn't been resolved! We have followed every instruction that the gym and abc financial have given us regarding cancellation. They still manage to never process the cancellation every month and have now turned our account over to a debt collector. The business lacks all professionalism and lies and steals from the people by never processing the cancellations.

If your name is submitted to this company, document everything so carefully. Contact the BBB as soon as you have enough data to show what is going on. Do EVERYTHING thru certified mail! If I could leave less than one star, I would. ABC Financial has been billing my checking account for over 4 months for two separate gym memberships when I was only supposed to be charged for one. I never authorized an additional membership charge. When I called to dispute this they admitted fault and promised a full refund of the second membership's charges, roughly $160. Do not trust ABC financial. The best way to deal with these sharks is the nuclear option . Report the card on file as lost or stolen . Stop payment while waiting for a new card with a different number . These cretins will drain your bank account dry .
