in person I cancelled my accounts as soon as FX club closed. then cancelled my account at least 5 more different times. told this time done. not the case club closed earlier this year. getting charged still every month. company closed my account and had a second account still charging. told I would be reimbursed for charges after I first canceled. this is pure fraud. this is past the usual incompetence fitness club scams use to squeeze a few more payments out of people. This is my second time writing a review for this business as the first one has been hidden from the public. I signed up for a month long membership in a city I would only stay a month in. Turns out, the local gym gave me a 3 and 1/2 month long membership against my knowledge. I attempted to cancel the membership and just move on but this company made it more than difficult. I canceled my membership in July and paid final. In October they email me and said my cancellation is still pending because I owe them $73.57 for what I don't know. I called them to ask, they didn't answer my question, just said something around. The customer rep speak English not clearly. I didn't sign up with them, I signed up with Dessert fitness, it was $9.99/month.I didn't know they sold to abc fitness solutions and they charge me $26./m. It is like scam business.

Absolutely terrible business. There are no simple solutions with this company, they make everything very difficult. Cancelled my gym membership and they still continued to try to charge me and threaten to send me to collections, this business needs to be looked into and shut down. You cannot just steal money from people.

You tell them one thing and they do the other thing, they don't give a **** about your situation , they just be like yea yea yea and still be doing their own thing. I told them let me pay off my debt at this date and that and they said okay but really didn't lesson to make and took all my money and left me on Negative on my bank account!!!

I cancelled my membership over 2 years ago and when my girlfriend and I went to sign up again it was discovered that ABC financial went against instructions and clear wishes to no longer have an account. They completely ignored BOTH requests to cancel, I had confirmation TWICE because this process is such a nightmare. It's illegal to requests a customers medical records to "prove" I actually cancelled my membership. It goes against HIPPA. They make it very difficult to cancel even if you are out of contract and have moved away. They also force you to pay for 1 more month before they cancel it. Not a good experience at all.

I have canceled a gym membership with a gym that I was automatically transferred to after my gym closed due to Covid. I went through all the proper procedures with the gym to cancel my membership and they said they sent the paperwork to ABC fitness solutions. ABC continues to charge me monthly even though my contract is terminated, the gym owner got them to process a refund but they have not stopped the reoccurring monthly payments. Never sign up for a gym that bills through this company. I've tried calling, and have been hung up on and yelled at. I've also had multiple emails and written letters ignored. I just wanted to cancel my gym membership renewal, that shouldn't take weeks of frustration and a certified letter.
