Rude, unhelpful. I understand they are a 3rd party biller. However they did not answer any of my questions on who to contact/ what to do besides "I don't know".

The gym itself was a good experience, despite the feeling sometimes that the number of memberships exceeded the building capacity. However, the membership is managed by ABC Fitness or whatever they call themselves next month. The risk is that if you decide to cancel your membership it will be easier to pull a tooth....from a hippopotamus....on the moon. I've been a part of experience fitness for a better part of 4 years. About 3 months before the pandemic began I called the Waukesha studio to CANCEL my membership, being as I couldn't afford it, I was unable to get ahold of anyone at the studio, it automatically sent me to the corporate number where I then was left to wait for 30+ minutes of being put on hold, after probably 4 or 5 attempts at the exact same outcome, I stopped calling and sent an email. I'd give this company 0 stars if I could, I signed up for the gym in Mar 2020, I cancelled within a week having never gone due to issues at home. I was just now charged again with an added tanning package added in April 2021! I never used the facility, spoke to them on the phone about cancelling and was told to email - I did. Then over a year later they charge me for more then I signed up for?! They are repeatedly calling for payment for a membership that my son cancelled several years ago. These call just began in March April of this year. I called ABC financial to address the situation and my call was handled in a rude ( basically accused me of lying) and unprofessional manner. Completely unprofessional and harassment based debt collectors.

ABC fitness Solutions for onelife fitness in Newnan, ******* has an incompetent customer service. My experience was worst I have ever experienced. I had my membership for over a year and canceled with them in January 2021. Although, I did not agree with their policies, I agreed to it as it took 30 days to cancel my membership and they informed me that I would be responsible for any fees within that period. I gave notice of cancellation of my gym membership June 2020 at the height of the pandemic. I have many friends who cancelled their gym membership with no problem at all at other gyms that do not use ABC as their billing provider. I never received a response to my email until I started getting billed again in September 2020. This business has caused me nothing but trouble. I have been calling and following up again and again to cancel my gym membership. I have submitted 2 doctor's note and still have not had my membership cancelled. I don't understand what is going on and why it has continued. I don't want anything extra. I want my membership and anything affiliated cancelled. That's it. During a world wide pandemic where I have concern I have been met with the blame being passed around and being told different pieces of information at a time.
