Update: the manager has reached out to me personally and publicly to try remedy the experience we had as well as assured me the behavior of the employee does not reflect the way Gypsy treats their customers. Went in today. The girl who took our order was very rude. And then when I asked about my coffee 10+ minutes later she told me that it was "obviously not" ready yet.
