History Established in 1999. Opening in Jan 1999 The owner took a building built by J. Paul Getty and A.K.Warren who started Gypsy Oil Company and was one the biggest oil companies of its time. Thus the name Gypsy , after a burlesque dancer of the day Gypsy Rose Lee . Amazing coffee and tea. The atmosphere and vibe was very cool and the live music was great. We will definitely go back soon. It’s our new favorite coffee house.

Rudest customer service ever . Just wanted to enjoy my chia tea latte and do some Work . wouldn’t even give me the code to the bathroom even though I bought a chia tea and a salad plus the lady complained I ordered a salad at 12pm don’t have it in the menu if u don’t wana make it also if ur gonna complain at least don’t do it so loud . Used to send everyone from the office here won’t be returning and neither will my co workers .
