History Established in 1999. Opening in Jan 1999 The owner took a building built by J. Paul Getty and A.K.Warren who started Gypsy Oil Company and was one the biggest oil companies of its time. Thus the name Gypsy , after a burlesque dancer of the day Gypsy Rose Lee . great coffee, friendly and knowledgeable staff
amazing drinks as always, and they're working their butts off to keep up with to go orders during the pandemic. there was only one person working there today, and they were fantastic and impossible quick on a large order. they're doing so great 🖤
