History Established in 1999. Opening in Jan 1999 The owner took a building built by J. Paul Getty and A.K.Warren who started Gypsy Oil Company and was one the biggest oil companies of its time. Thus the name Gypsy , after a burlesque dancer of the day Gypsy Rose Lee . Excellent Italian cream sodas, too!
One of my new favorite places! I have been several times now, and each time I have loved the comfy environment, the fantastic drinks, and the food! Open mic was incredible, and they even have a spoken word open mic! Their coffee is great, and all the teas I have tried have been excellent as well (Jasmine green and Peach white are my favorites so far)! Biggest con is the parking!

We took our nephew in tonight after dinner and it was an awesome vibe! My brother in law brought us in for the first time, which we will def be back, we had great coffee and amazing conversations! I highly recommend this as a cool spot to check out!
