History Established in 1999. Opening in Jan 1999 The owner took a building built by J. Paul Getty and A.K.Warren who started Gypsy Oil Company and was one the biggest oil companies of its time. Thus the name Gypsy , after a burlesque dancer of the day Gypsy Rose Lee . Great place to go hangout with friends. Amazing tea and coffee!!!!
I had never been to a coffee house. What a wonderful first experience.
I stopped here for hot chocolate with my daughter's and let's just say it tasted great. Glad we had somewhere to stay warm waiting for the lights.

Stopped while waiting for the lighting of Guthrie Green to get some hot coffee on a cold night. When we finally got our order two different kinds of hot coffee. We asked which was which the barista said I've made 20 or more I have no idea. What a terrible response!!! Then they were cold too. Won't be going back!!!

I went with a group of friends from school for open mic night and the coffee was amazing, everyone was so kind, the atmosphere was very soothing. Amazing place to relax and have fun at the same time. Will definitely be going back every chance I get!
