This product hasn't worked properly since it was installed. There is a torrent of water flowing over my gutters each time it rains. I've tried multiple times to have this issue resolved and it's still a problem after several years. I am too old to get on a ladder and fix this problem and besides, if I touch the Gutter Helmet, the warranty will be voided. I tried to leave a voicemail today and the VM box was full. Gutter Helmet does NOT service their product well once it is purchased. We asked Gutter helmet to come to our residence to remove our gutter system prior to a new roof installation. We were given a quote for removal and reinstallation. Money was given as a down payment and the gutter system was removed. Two weeks later we received a phone call stating that our systems heating elements were bad and they would like to come out and give us a quote for replacement. Michelle Spoke with Mr. R*********** on 4.5.2022 and gave him a Inpsection time for 4.11.2022 @ 12:30 pm to inspect the Helmet Heat that was informed by the installer to be back. Upon the inspection and return of inspection paper work it was found that Mr. R*********** did not have Heat on his system and it was one of the other three de-instal that were done that day by the installer and wrote on the wrong job sheet. Very professional, competitive prices, good choices for color for gutters. I chose Gutter Helmet for my gutters because I have a gutter helmet and have had an issue with a roofing company destroying my old helmet. Gutter Helmet now does roofing and gutters and I'm very happy with their work. I highly recommend Gutter Helmet for gutters.

Gutter Helmet installed a new roof and gutters/gutter helmets two or three years ago. They reached out to me to come by for a cleaning. I had the house painted in the meantime and the guy apparently put the ladder on the gutters and you can't do that with gutter helmets. They were damaged, so it was recommended to have several panels replaced. I had interactions with at least ten people at Gutter Helmet. Gutter helmet installed my gutter covers on Feb 16th. They did an excellent job and were very professional. They also made sure that everything was cleaned up.

My mom (which is 85)had gutter helmet put on our house with unneeded up sales. For example on the garage. There were many issues from just after installation. Dangerous ice from leaking gutters which they refused to fix properly. There were leaks a seams which were never fixed. After not having any satisfied repairs to the gutters we had a new roof put on. Now the warranty is voided. Please be warned they say the gutter is guaranteed but they will only send someone out to do minor repairs and WILL NOT FIX ISSUES TO THEIR PRO... read more

Please contact he office so we can discuss the issue with the icicle and possible resolution for the icicle. As for the warranty I do apologize but when your roofers nailed the product down it does void the warranty. With that being said we are more than willing to still assist.
Crooks. They take the money and run. Lifetime warranty is a joke as they first look to invalidate the contract for any service request, referring to the contract fine print, to do nothing and quote additional costs. Terrible service once install is complete, and payment made. One star because zero is not an option.
Great service from initial sale to installation. The workers were friendly and professional. Gutter helmet looks great and blends with my roof perfectly. I am excited to never have to pay to have my gutters cleaned again! I highly recommend the product and this company. It comes with a lifetime warranty that?s what a quality product this is.
After I complained, they told me "that's what the internet is for" so here I am. Run. I gave them one star because zero wasn't an option. Lots of promises until they have your money. I paid less than 50% of the first estimate. Installation was supposed to be in 4-6 weeks before leaves started falling. It took over 3 months!
