This company solicited me via postal mail, saying I had their Gutter Helmet on my house, making me think I was using their product. They inferred that I should contact them regarding my warranty (free inspection). IN REALITY, I am (happily) using a competitor's product. I felt this was false advertising. They said "they have warranty records showing that Gutter Helmet or its products was installed in my home within the last 15 years": WHICH IS NOT TRUE. WE've had Gutter helmet for 30 years... We've replaced a partial back, from a tree limb hitting 12+ years ago, added on to a house addition, and recently replaced a 54-foot front gutter with a larger width one, again from a tree falling on our roof. Although it is expensive to put on and replace, insurance did pay a portion and it works great! we have not had to clean our gutters in 30 years! They will come out, if you call, for inspections. It IS worth the investment.

Gutter Helmet fixed our gutters nicely. There was one small part that was not done right which quickly broke. Gutter Helmet sent someone back to fix it named Sergio M******. He went above and beyond to be sure it was repaired right, tight and secure. I would keep Sergio as he knows what he's doing. My 4 star got changed to a 5. Mark R***

I had Gutter helmet on my home for 18 years, unfortunately I had a new roof installed and the roofer thought he knew how to take it off and put it back. It got reinstalled in the wrong way and also got damaged that is why we had it replaced. The system worked well for those years and after the roof job it didn't function properly. I would recommend Gutter Helmet.

Tried to get a simple single 16' gutter installed on new deck. Had it measured, paid deposit.... Then waiting for install... They would set appointment time and date. "We will call you the night before",,,, No phone call the day before. So on appointment day waiting for service. Past service time, call them and it was on excuse after another. First time "OK". then it was multiple times.... Will take my business elsewhere. If you can not respect my time, oh well.

The Sales Representative was knowledgeable and easy to work with. The installation team was friendly and very professional. They did a great job !
