I bought the Gutter Helmet system in October 2020. My contract states that they will return 2 times a year to blow off the roof and valleys of any debris at no charge. They had been doing this until I called the other day and they told me that the dealer I bought from is no longer in business and they are my warranty provider now, and they said they do not have to honor the previous dealer's contract. We are not the company that you contracted with. We are the new dealer for your area and have an agreement with the manufacturer to honor the manufactures warranty. Any agreements or warranties that you had with the previous dealer are not our responsibility. If you have a warranty claim for the existing system installed by the previous dealer please contact our office and we will dispatch a tech to review your issue.
We have had Gutter Helmet & Lednor install our GH system (2013), a new roof (2019), and our gutters & downspouts. We will continue to use their products & services.

My Gutter Helmet was installed in 2016, after a salesperson guarantied the system would prevent pine tree leaf from clogging gutter. Unfortunately, I had to call a warranty service almost every other year since after the installation. But they did get the gutter unclogged without a fee! So, even the gutter was not perfect, I was okay with the service. Now the gutter clogged again. When called, a $50 dispatch fee was asked. No lifetime warranty service without the fee. I called Lednor Home Solutions - Gutter Helmet November 21, 2023 to conduct annual review of Gutter Helmet gutter guards after the leaves dropped from the trees at my Arlington, Va. home. Lisa informed me that they have implemented a new policy in July 2023 which includes a $50 Dispatch Fee for any inspection. We installed gutter helmet on half our roof three years ago. We completed the other half this week. They work!
Back around 2013, I signed an agreement with Gutter Helmet who appeared at ******* ****** ****. The agreement was for installation of gutters on my barn. I paid for the services. The agreement I signed here at my place stated if they found any other issues, they would be covered in the agreement. They came out, measured for the gutters. They then brought the truck out that makes the continuous gutters, tore down the old gutters and made the new gutters. They then left stating they needed to repair some gables on my barn.
