**** the Gutter Helmet representative who came to my home was on time, polite snd very knowledgeable. We came to an agreement and what work I needed and the total cost. I highly recommend the Gutter Helmet product. I have used this product previously and found excellent.

Gutter helmet has done a good job for our wooded lot. We inherited the system from the previous owners. The team cleans our roof and the gutter guards twice a year for $50 each time. They recently installed a few replacement guards where ours were dented from tree limbs falling on them. Thank you for sharing your experience! Great price for great communication leading up to a great job. The roof looks great and the gutter helmets are back in place. I believe the next monsoon will stay outside where it belongs.

I contacted Lednor for repair service in June 2025 and, as of Sept 5, have not received a call back. My front gutter leaks over my front door and is in need of repair. Do they even have a customer service department?

I had my gutter helmet installed several years ago by a company that is no longer functioning for repairs or installations. My problem turned out to be a bird's nest in the gutter that clogged it completely. There was also some damage caused by solar panel installers. The best part was the repair person that came out from Lednor. I'm not too sure their scheduling process is the best as they could not give me a date until the last moment.

I will not repeat what others have stated about the $50, which is not congruent with what they sold us. I guess their justification is better service. After a call in January 25 and one in April 25 and now in August 25 with no response it appears my $50 has not been effective. At least in the August phone call I received a text message back saying that they have a temporary storm backlog which has been going on since January. I simply cannot recommend Lednor fair anything related to service

We had harry helmet install our gutters with a promotion through ******. I called in June to schedule an appointment for the gutters to be cleaned. We have birds nests in the gutters which is causing issues when we have a storm. (Which we were told wouldnt happen with this product) We were told we would receive a call to schedule the cleaning within 2 weeks. Nothing. We called again and cannot reach an actual person. HORRIBLE customer service..actually NO customer service. No response to messages, voice mail, email, chat bots. Finally, after 3 weeks, got a call today where I learned that my appointment for tomorrow was canceled???!! WHAT? no explanation, no nothing. Now I will have to wait another 2 weeks for a repair estimate after a tree damaged the roof...5 weeks for just an estimate!!! no excuses for such horrible customer service, to say nothing of all the other comments about not standing behind the product, which I have also exper... read more
