I called the company when the rains started last fall to say they were leaking over the porch. She told me they were at least 45 days behind and that was the last I heard from them. No follow up

Stay away from this product. Installed 4 years ago on my house. A leaking skylight mesnt a roofer came to my home. Was immediately concerned about the installation of the gutter helmet product. After having the roof torn off during roof and skylight replacement, the damge was obvious. Damage to roof rafters, facia boards, and soffet. Repair cost 2000.00 dollars. Can't imagine the extent of damage that would occur if the skylight had not required attention. Had the service rep come out to look. Denied any responsibility. Do y... read more

My husband and I are so glad we chose Gutter Helmet as opposed to a different gutter service. Our salesman was very professional and made us feel very comfortable listening and asking questions about the product and service. The two gentlemen who installed the gutter covers worked very quickly without any issues and made sure to have my huband inspect the final work. Thank you so much for your service.

We had a salesman come out last year from. Gutter Helmet to have four gutters covered with a screen so we wouldn't have to get on a ladder to clean them out. We are 80and 70 years old so we do not need to be on a ladder. The salesman didn't say that we would still have to clean the screens off periodically. They leak very badly on all four corners and are washing away the foundation to my house. The company will not give my money back or take these off. I want to give a shoutout to Darrick at Gutter Helmet for not only doing an outstanding job of clearing debris buildup, but going above and beyond to cut and clear vines that were growing in my gutter. It is in fact true that once you have Gutter Helmet you don't ever have to clear your gutters yourself again; this service is performed when needed by excellent techs like Darrick. I've had Gutter Helmet protection on my home since 1997! and couldn't be happier with both their product AND their service.

I had a ******* awning installed by gutter helmet in 2016 and need it serviced. When I called for repair they told me they are no longer associated with ******* awnings. They gave me a number to call and I cannot speak to anyone from *******. Called a company that is supposed to service ******* awnings however they charge $480 for a service call.

I have been with Gutter Helmet over 20 plus year. I have gotten excellent service Chris L***** has been available to answer questions, give recommendation on what is needed. The service was scheduled quickly and the Service Rep. Jordan was excellent, had a pleasant personality. I have only praise for this company. Yes, I recommend this company to others.

I feel like previous reviewers who stated the company does not value their customers. I'm a retired woman on a fixed income living alone in my deceased parent's home. I inquired about getting a new roof through Gutter Helmet before getting the leaf helmet installed, even though the roof on my small ranch house still had at least 5 or more yrs.
