We have had Gutter Helmets on our upper gutters for years. We added on a garage, and had them come out to put helmets on the gutters. They were quick to come out, give an estimate, and take a deposit. Then, communication came to a standstill. The day they were supposed to come out to install, my husband stayed home ALL day...no calls. It was a beautiful day until 5 pm when a 10 minute storm rolled through. Of course they showed up at 5. The crew arrived on time, worked neatly and efficiently, and completed the job in half the time I was quoted. The product has seen one torrential rainstorm, and, so far, so good. The foliage from my trees are no longer accumulating in my gutters waiting for me to clean them at least three times each year. I have been relieved of my responsibility, without any remorse. Took two months to complete a small project. (Shed). Originally I agreed to quoted a price of $675 I had explained to Chris Leonard that I really didn't want to spend more then $500 for a shed but because Gutter Helmet had done my entire house just months ago I really wanted to stay with them so I agreed to $675. Once I got the invoice it showed a total of $975. I then looked at the contract and that's what it said. My mistake for not looking at contract as I signed it. Company representative that came for initial information was very informative and pleasant. Work was completed at scheduled time and actually sooner than originally expected. Gutters are hardly noticeable and blend in well with house. Pleased with results.
