We were told by several friends that Gutter Helmet is the only company that has a process that really works to keep leaves out of gutters. The person who came to do an estimate was very professional and explained well the process used. The price is high but included several discounts and will pay for itself over the long haul. The day the work was done, two men worked to do all the gutter attachments on our home during a whole morning. We've had Gutter Helmet for years and have been very satisfied. When a tree fell on our house requiring new gutters and new helmet, we went back to Gutter Helmet to do the job. They were professional from start to finish, and we're looking forward to many years of leaf-free gutters.

From the salesman, to the gals in the office that I talked to, to the three guys that were here to install my gutter helmet...they were ALL so very nice. I also noticed how the three guys really had a system of working together to get the job done. Very nice experience the whole way around! I would highly recommend this company.

If I could give a 0 I would. Called them to come and re-install Gutter Helmet after I had a new roof put on my house. Gave me a date of 10/14 for a person to come and give me an estimate of costs. Once I signed a contract, it would take 45 to 60 days for work to be done. I said that would take me into winter and that was unacceptable. The neighbor next door has a huge oak tree and I did not want my gutters or downspouts clogged. No sympathy from this woman. i just had new gutters and gutter helmet installed on my house. 1 day after install we had a huge storm. power was out for 4 days. the new gutters and helmet held up in the savage wind and the gutter system worked flawlessly. any leaves and sticks came right off during the storm. i am very satisfied and would recommend harry helmet cleveland. days after the storm, i received email conformation of paymnet and warrentee conformation as well. thank you for a job well done.
