I have been trying to get an appointment for Gutter Helmet to come out an service/maintain my gutter covers since SEPTEMBER 2018! We needed a "special" Thursday appointment because the property is gated and needs someone on-site to allow access. When I called Gutter Helmet I stated I didn't care which Thursday...could be 2 months in the future, but it MUST be a Thursday. I was given an appointment on a Thursday that was 4 weeks out...great! I had the Gutter Helmet system installed in 2002. I have been trying for six months to get Gutter Helmet to respond to an overwhelming overflow from the gutter onto my patio. SIX MONTHS. After 3 months someone did come out to do a "survey". I asked when the adjustment to the gutters would be made and the round about way the question was answered, left me with the impression it would be soon. Three more months have passed. i had gutter helmet installed over 15 years ago. The product keeps my gutters clean. I needed a new roof made two appointments and they were a no call no show. went with another company, and I needed them to remove my helmet and reinstall to maintain the warranty. Got the run around for over a month, then was told i needed to sign a contract so i did. two months later no work has been done, it is holding up my roof, and they do not return any calls. product is good, but service is beyond bad.

I have gutter helmet system in my house, installed by the previous owner of the house. This summer, I found it was clogged, so I contacted their service department for cleaning, which is covered by their lifetime warranty. I first contacted them in the end of July to schedule the cleaning, and now it is September 7, and my gutter still has not been cleaned yet. I signed a proposal and a contract with Gutter Helmet back in Oct. 2017 to install two new gutters. The contract reads the work to be completed by 60 days of the signed contract. The furnished materials and labor have not been completed by this company. Future customers beware please.

Dave G. installed the Gutter Helmet and was an installer that certainly went the extra mile to make sure the work was done correctly and timely...while people have said, wow, that's pricey, my reply: a lot cheaper than a trip to the ER...No more ladders!!!

My experience was excellent, no problems at all. If I had a question I got a response right away didn't have to wait.
