After deciding to do something with our gutters to help drainage and clogging with minimal maintenance I did some extensive company research. Gutter Helmet made the top of our list. We had a new roof and had Gutter Helmet remove and then reinstall the helmet on the front gutter so that the roofers would be able to replace my roof. They were professional, friendly and knowledgeable , answering all my questions and concerns. I would truly recommend them.

Salesperson explained in detail what work was to be performed. Price was much lower than I thought. Installer was amazing and very friendly. I'm just sorry I did not get his name. Time to install was quick and efficient.

I made a down payment for parts and installation of $500 in February, 2019. As of May 21, 2019, the work has not been completed. The scheduling staff has called to cancel appointments that were never scheduled, told me dates were unavailable (which were available when call was transferred to owner, Ray), not been willing to accommodate my desire to be present during installation. In 2009 I spent more than $10,000 on Gutter Helmet. Recently the ice got under the flashing that attaches and then snow and ice slide under the flashing bending it up. I called gutter helmet to come out to repair under warranty and they said we didn't install your gutter helmet. so I dug through 10 yrs of records to find the purchase order and gave them the information.
