Efficient and friendly service Took vehicle in with concerns about a message my car was reading. Tomas took me in right away and went above and beyond to get me a loaner car so that I could return to work. I was kept informed about my car's status and it was ready the following day.
Focus on Commisson I took my car in on 5/14 for A13 service and I also had the service department replace a PVC valve that was brought to my attention during a previous visit. During my visit my worn tires were brought to my attention. Tomas the service person informed me that he could get me into the same tires and match discount tires prices after I told him I would take the car to discount tires for the new tires. Same day service was great This is my 4th Acura and I am happy to bring it in for service at Gunn. Very relaxing, fast, i always wait because they are timely and the waiting experience is very comfortable.everyone is very nice and I am confident the work is being done correctly. No complaints
Saturday Service for a TL Took my TL in for service for a saturday appt. i arrived late but Thomas still took my car in without delay. I asked them to look at a loose mirror and an SRS warning light in addition to my A1 service and they took care of it in a timely manner (3hr). They were also reasonable on the price and to top it off their shuttle driver Joe gave me a ride to and from a local restaurant. Overall awesome service and people thanks!

Another Acura! We had our 2008 RDX receive some hail damage...twice...like a lot of us, and we decided to see what Gunn Acura would give us for the car. It was more than we expected, and we upgraded to a brand new 2016 RDX that is absolutely perfect for our needs now that the kids are flying out of the nest. This is the 4th car we have purchased from Gunn Acura, and we will always deal with Mr Tony Alvarez. He is quite a fellow and will make your car buying experience like no other.
Took my car in for service and the experience was relaxing I like the waiting area plus the staff is very friendly. I will definitely continue to take my car there for any type of service that is needed
