Great Experience leasing my MDX This is my second Acura to lease from Gunn Acura. I had the RDX first and 2 kids later needed the MDX. They did not have the color I wanted without hail damage in the MDX when I went in on Wednesday afternoon, but got the black MDX at the dealership and ready for me to take home by Thursday afternoon. Andrew D'Souza was great to get me into the new MDX and on my way home in less than an hour and a half on Thursday. A great and easy experience!
A1 service Oil change, tire rotation and ordering a part that is on recall. Was told it would take an hour and half. Was there for only an hour. Great service team as always.

Quick, No waisted time, nice facility Will was a very nice and knowledgeable salesman. We came for a specific vehicle and had our financing already in order and didn't want to waste a lot of time going back and forth. He explained the technology and working parts in great detail and even answered questions after we got the vehicle home.
First Rate Visit Once Again Fast, courteous, skilled, and mindful, a recent visit to Gunn Acura was once again consistently outstanding. Brendan Moura and Art Miller left no question unanswered.
Great service as always I have consistently found this dealership to provide excellent customer service , estimates are spot on , the length of time completion , loaners and a washed car after service is complete . Javier in service was awesome and whoever thought to put a massage therapist in the waiting room is a genius !
