Very Helpful I recently bought a new vehicle from Gunn and were very impressed with the service we received from the moment we walked in the door. Josh Walker was very attentive to my requests when choosing a new vehicle for my wife. Larry Long Rocks! We recently bought our second Acura in 15 years, both from Gunn Acura. The newest one was a certified one owner car that needed some tweaks after delivery. Larry Long took a personal interest in the car and made sure the tweaks were done in a timely and professional manner.
Service! For 12 yrs/5 Acuras I've dealt with Gunns service dept. First Pat and now Charles the past several yrs...I could not ask for better! Their professionalism combined with competence...well, just class acts! Their customer service is the best I've ever seen in any dealership! Charles is so kind and helpful...give 'em raises!!!

Best Service in Town Love Gunn Acura. I also treasure my 2004 Acura TSX. It's getting older yes but I do love it. The service department fixed some display issue in a timely fashion with great results. Larry Long, runs a great department there and it shows thru his service managers. Ease of doing business Last month my wife and I went looking for a new crossover. We had already decided that the new vehicle would be either an Acura or a Lexus. We went to the Lexus dealership here in San Antonio first, we were treated with the usual slow paced (trying to steal your trade) crap for over 3 hours. We test drove and liked the vehicle, but the sales person and his assistant gave us basically no info or specs about the vehicle except that it was a Lexus and had a turbo engine, all they wanted was a sale!
