Emergency Loaner and Amazing Service My car needed towing and I was left without a car. Thomas Castillo was so helpful and with short notice was able to get me a loaner. My wife doesn't know what she's missing! My wife bought her RDX at Gunn Acura only after I assured her I would bring the vehicle in for servicing. I thought based on my previous experience with Gunn Acura that I could convince her visiting the dealership was absolutely nonthreatening and pleasant. But no way - it's her car and I bring it in. Excellent customer service Whenever I take my ILX to get serviced, Thomas Castillo does an excellent job of outlining the type of service job being received and providing progress updates. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else to get serviced not only because of the outstanding service I receive, but also because of Thomas' friendliness and pleasant demeanor.
My 6th purchase from this dealership in 10 years When you find great customer service you don't want to leave!!! I have been made to feel like family with Gunn Acura. Wonderful & Efficient Great experience beginning with scheduling for an oil change and reserving a loaner with Julian. Once I arrived, Javier made sure I was well informed on the service options and price. Excellent Service Excellent service and support, Mr. Castillo is very knowledgeable and courteous providing full detail of finding after a thorough inspection of my TSX Sports Wagon. Maintenance was done quickly at a very reasonable price. the waiting room is excellent providing a very pleasant atmosphere while waiting for maintenance to be completed.
Easy, fast Needing service I called for my usual service writer, with whom I'd had good experiences. She'd moved on so my new SW was John Hernandez (sp?). He did great--personable and professional. He explained everything well so I was satisfied with the repairs he proposed. My ten-year-old MDX is running well, has low mileage and we expect it to serve us well for a few more years. Incidentally, Gunn Acura has been our go-to service place since our purchase. They've done well by us so far.
Best Car Buying Experience Ever! Going through the car buying process has always been a dreadful experience for me. That's probably why we keep our vehicles for 8-12 years. When my son was ready to buy his first vehicle, he asked for help. I found so many excuses to avoid going to car dealerships and talking to the sales reps.
